Phone Number

To capture phone number, use the phone number response type.

To use the phone number response:

  1. Select phone number response type on the Insyt form builder
  2. Enter your question title
  3. Under ‘Validations & Skip logics’ you can select the ‘Primary country of data collection’ if necessary
  4. On the mobile app, data collectors can also select which country code to use when capturing phone numbers
