Here are a few questions and answers about pricing, billing and usage.

What can I do during my free trial?

Your trial period gives 7-day access to Insyt, allowing you to create a form, add collaborators, and capture responses. Responses are limited to 10 free responses.

What happens after my trial is over?

After your trial expires, form response submission will be disabled on your account. Individual forms will need to be activated for a price of $25 per form/month to enable response submission.

What is the Standard Plan?

Pay $25 monthly to get access to build a form and collect up to 5,000 form responses into that form.

What is the Enterprise Plan?

Pay $299 monthly to get access to create Unlimited number of forms and collect unlimited form responses.

What happens if I collect up to 5,000 responses before the end of 30 days for a Standard Plan?

Once you reach 5,000 responses, you will not be able to receive additional submissions into that form. If you wish to collect more responses, you will have to upgrade your billing plan and pay $299.

Can I make payment for more than 1 month?

Yes, no matter what billing plan you are subscribed to, you can make payment for a defined period, say 3 months, 4 months or 12 months.

What happens when a month or subscription period expires?

You will have to renew your subscription plan to continue to receive form responses. You will be able to get access to forms and all responses received prior to the subscription expiration.

What is a Form Response?

A form response constitutes a response that is submitted after answering all the questions on one form on the Insyt mobile app (irrespective of the number of individual questions in the form).

For example, you have 1 form on which data will be collected by 20 agents/mobile devices. If each agent fills the questions on the form and presses the “Submit” button on the app once, you would have collected 20 responses.

What is a Device? Is there a limit to how many devices I can use?

A device is any mobile phone on which the Insyt mobile app has been used to submit at least one form response. No, there is no limit to how many devices you can use either during your free trial/paid subscription.

Are there any extra charges for access to advanced features like Workflow, Analytics and Biometrics?

No. Insyt offers unlimited access to all features for all packages.

What if I need additional functionalities or extra support to build my questionnaire?

The Enterprise plan offers a dedicated account manager who will support you with building forms, generating analytics & reports, and 24/7 technical support. Or email support@esoko.com for customization requests.

How am I billed for using Insyt?

Insyt allows you to save your card details on your account. For all plans, users are charged immediately at the point of purchase/subscription. For bank transfer, Insyt would have to receive proof of payment before enabling form response submission on your account

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and wire transfers. Please note that wire transfers are charged an extra 10% as the admin fee. For enterprise plan, we can send invoices based on a P.O. (Purchase Order). Contact sales@esoko.com for enterprise plan.

How do I pay via cheque or bank transfer?

Contact support@esoko.com before making any bank transfers/cheque payments.
