Pivot Table

Use the pivot table to summarize data statistics in table format

  1. Select your preferred dataset in the right-hand side panel
  2. Select which data values you want to be represented on the Rows
  3. Select which data values you want to be represented on the Columns
  4. Select which data values you want to be represented in the Aggregation Field
  5. Select which Aggregation you want to be applied to the above Aggregation Field (i.e. count, average, sum, minimum or maximum)
  6. Use the +Add filter feature to add more filters to your pivot table.

8 STEPS

1. The first step is to select a dataset

2. Click Pivot Table

3. Select which response field you want to be represented on the Rows

4. Select which response fields you want to be represented on the Columns

5. Select which data value you want to aggregate in the Aggregation Field

6. Click Count

7. Select which Aggregation function you want applied to the above Aggregation Field (i.e. count, average, sum, minimum or maximum)

8. That’s it. You’re done.
