- Form Tile: Name of the survey
- Form Details: Displays form description and also when the form was last updated
- Submitted Forms: All responses submitted to the Insyt server
- Saved Forms: Draft responses are saved here awaiting completion and submission
- Rejected Forms: Responses rejected by the admin user will be available here for correction
- Refresh: Refreshes the form with all updated changes made by the admin user
- Number counts: total counts of each folder
- Offline: All responses submitted in offline mode are saved here. Once an internet connection is established, they are synced to the web platform
- Add response: Used to add new responses to a form
